I’m a certified and registered emotional health coach and therapist, and I help mums just like you transform their lives when they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and lacking purpose, motivation or a sense of self. I specialise in supporting perfectionist, people-pleasing women who are struggling to juggle it all — motherhood, relationships, work — while feeling like they’re constantly on the edge, never enough and failing.

My Mission
I’m on a mission to help mums who feel unseen and unsupported reclaim their emotional health and wellbeing. Motherhood can be overwhelming, and I know how easy it is to feel out of control, but I believe every mum deserves to thrive, not just survive. With my unique blend of expertise I offer a safe, supportive space where you can work through the tough stuff in an easy way and start feeling like yourself again.

I use a variety of tools and techniques tailored to the needs of each client including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): To reframe negative thought patterns and behaviours.

  • Hypnotherapy: To tap into the subconscious and address deep-rooted, hidden issues.

  • Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP): To change limiting beliefs and the relationship with yourself.

  • Applied Psychology: To understand and apply psychological principles in everyday situations.

  • Goal Setting & Action Planning: To create practical steps for change and monitor progress.
