I’m a certified and registered emotional health coach, and I help mums just like you transform their lives when they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and anxious. I specialise in supporting perfectionist, people-pleasing women who are struggling to juggle it all—motherhood, relationships, work—while feeling like they’re constantly on the edge.
Does this sound familiar?
You feel like you’re always just one step away from a meltdown, trying to keep everything together for everyone else.
You’ve lost sight of who you really are, always putting others first and forgetting how to take care of yourself.
You feel unseen, unappreciated, and like you’re at breaking point in more than one area of your life.
If any of this resonates, trust me, you’re not alone. I’ve been there too, all Mums have, and I’m here to help.
What We’ll Do Together
We’ll work together to smooth out the cracks, heal old wounds, and rebuild your confidence so you can manage everything life throws at you with more ease and way less self-doubt. With my support, you’ll finally be able to take a breath, create some headspace, and start making subtle but powerful changes that bring more calm and clarity into your everyday life and step away from the anxious, busy life you have grown accustomed to.
My Mission
I’m on a mission to help mums who feel unseen and unsupported reclaim their emotional and mental health. Motherhood can be overwhelming, and I know how easy it is to feel out of control, but I believe every mum deserves to thrive, not just survive.
With my unique blend of expertise including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), hypnotherapy, applied psychology, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and antenatal education—I offer a safe, supportive space where you can work through the tough stuff and start feeling like yourself again.
Whether online or in-person, my sessions are designed to help you regain control, boost your self-belief, and navigate life’s ups and downs with more ease than you’ve felt in years.
