I created The Mindful Motherhood (Group) Programme, to build a community of women all experiencing the ups and downs of motherhood, and who want to change the emotional load of mum life to create a calmer, happier household.
It is for mums who want less stress and shouting and more connection and joy.
Who want to feel less like they are refereeing their kids in a fight of survival of the fittest, and more like they are all part of one little, amazing team!
Ultimately both you and your children want to feel seen, heard and valued and The Mindful Motherhood Programme will help you do just that with simple easy steps to follow, so you don’t have to wing it anymore or pull your hair out every time it gets too much!
The In’s and Out’s of The Mindful Motherhood Programme:
What it includes:
Dive straight into your instant access workshop to lay the foundations for the kind of mother you want to be, beginning to unlock the reasons behind all those moments of stress.
4 weekly, live, 1-hour group sessions taking you through the 4 key stages of mindful parenting to help you hit the re-set button on your family stress. Starting week commencing 15th April and running every Wednesday @ 10-11am.
Daily voxer support (Monday-Friday) over the duration of the live session programme to help you navigate every up and down of your in the moment motherhood challenges, turning those daily snappy moments into nurturing clarity, peace and patience.
An intimate private community of other mums on the same rollercoaster as you, also striving to give their kids the best childhood possible.
My Reclaiming You self-study programme to help you prioritise me-time whilst balancing being a great Mummy.
The Aims of The Mindful Parenting Programme:
To take you from pulling your hair out and the kids climbing the walls, to having a home that is emotionally calmer where you can respond more thoughtfully, and with patience, to the needs of your child rather than reacting impulsively - a triggered Mum can’t effectively support a dysregulated child.
To help your child go from wild child to wonder child by creating positive behaviours to support them with their emotional wellbeing though connection, and coping mechanisms.
To help you see all behaviours in yourself, your child, your partner and your loved ones as communication, not defiance or rejection.

During the course of the 4 week programme you will learn tools and techniques that will help you:
Take the stress and frustration out of the morning routine when just getting out of the door seems like an impossible task.
Help you mindfully move your children through daily transitions that can cause huge triggers and friction.
Better handle tantrums, meltdowns and unexpected moments of frustration with tools to calm even the most fraught of nerves.
Increase bonds during moments of togetherness and playtime to enhance the quality of your connection.
Help you be better able to deal with their big emotions, without your own taking over.
Help your child/children become more aware of their emotions to build emotional control and resilience.
