The Motherload; Perinatal Support Group gives you the time and space to focus on your mental health and wellbeing at a critical time in your life. Pregnancy, birth and motherhood are the times at which your mental health is at its most vulnerable. Within this support group you can connect, learn and grow as you embark on a 6-week journey of emotional and mental health discovery alongside other new and expectant mums.

It can be scary to reach out for help and support when there is so much guilt and shame around dealing with big or negative emotions in motherhood.

It can be hard to know if how you’re feeling is “normal” or what to do to overcome it.

This group provides not only the much needed community around you to discuss your thoughts and feelings with to know that you are not alone, but also dedicated mental health support from myself, a trained and certified coach to help you really start to break down those challenges.

The 6-weekly sessions will mainly be discussion based and will end with a relaxation to help you rest, restore and calm yourself - a small snippet of time to help you unwind from the stresses and strains of motherhood.

The transition into motherhood is the biggest psychological and phsyiological transition you will ever go through, and so few women are prepared for that.

So whether you have struggled with things like anxiety or depression your whole life, or if difficult and uncomfortable thoughts and feelings are new to you perinatally, this support group is for you.

Bookings for this support group officially open in August 2023, and as member of my waiting list you will get priority access to booking a space for the 6-week course staring in September 2023.

Course Fee: Each 6-week block is £48 per person.
