Module 3: Building your Self-Esteem
In this nodule we look at the importance of self-esteem, self-compassion and self-acceptance. Acknowledge their sensitivity and fear of judgment and rejection, emphasizing self-compassion and self-acceptance by overcoming negative self-talk and celebrating your achievements and successes.
Module 4: Setting Gentle Boundaries
Here we discuss how to set boundaries as a way to protect your emotional wellbeing and taking courageous steps towards continuous self-improvement.
